Honey produced exclusively in Kymisala, the largest pine forest of Rhodes. Kymisala is located 70 km southwest of the city of Rhodes, between the villages Monolithos and Sianna. There, where the entire tradition of Rhodian beekeeping is concentrated.
Pine honey comes from the honeydew of the Marchalina hellinica insect known as the pine “worker”.
Ιt is characterized by a mild sweet taste and stands out for its aroma.
It is of high nutritional value and rich in minerals and trace elements.
