Pollen is collected by bees of Rhodes from various flowers and blooms. Bees carry pollen from flower to flower and thus contribute to their pollination and reproduction, ensuring 80% of our food.

It is an important food supplement for humans as it is a source rich in vitamins, protein, minerals and trace elements.

It strengthens the immune system of our body and contributes to its detoxification.

We can consume the pollen daily, plain or with honey, in our yogurt or in some orange juice and at least half an hour before a meal.

Recommended dose:

• 1 tablespoon for adults
• 1 dessert spoon for children

After opening it is kept in the refrigerator.
