Helps reinforce the body’s natural defenses in order to fight symptoms of the common cold.
Can be used topically to heal skin and aid tissue regeneration. Used as gargle to support oral hygiene.
External Use: Apply propolis as it is topically in pimples ,minor injuries and skin irritations.
Internal use: 20 drops 3 times a day in a glass of water and drink it.
